Children are being spray with water before a mass circumcision ceremony at a mosque in Kuala Lumpur May 31, 2009. About 50 boys, aged between 7 and 11 years old, were given a grand welcome to a mass circumcision surgery, as some consider circumcision to be a celebration of reaching manhood. Circumcision is compulsory for Muslim boys under the Sharia law (Islamic Law).
