A man walks along a shop selling decorative items for the upcoming Lunar New Year in Kuala Lumpur’s Chinatown, January 20, 2009. Some shoppers have cut back on buying mandarin oranges and decorative items in order to maintain the same amount of money given out in “red envelopes” as last year.
