FOR STUDENTS ONLY
on November 14, 2008 by ZainalI was thinking of giving some photography lesson to school students during this school holiday. The idea is to keep them from doing unwanted thing or lepaking around doing nothing.
Ideally I would like to have a group of them, of course with passion in photography and also must have a dslr in order for them to understand what i am going to talk about.
My idea is to have a couple of classes where will teach them some basic photography and thereafter will gives them assignment to monitor their undestanding in what have being taught. So in all will guide them till their school holiday end which hopefully by then they will have the confident to go out and shoot.
Fees - of course a fees will be charge to cover some of the expenses incured.
Venue - I think its going to be in Ampang area.
This is only an idea which I was thinking and if the respond is good then i will go ahead with it.
So STUDENTS do drop me an email if you are interested and futher details will be sent out to you.

First of all i would to congratulate you for what you have achieves. I really salute you because I have seen your works since your early days of photography. I still remember your solo exhibition at central market very long time ago and by that time I already knew that you will go futher than that. As for me I didn’t make it as there were many obstacle along the way.
As we are into the world of digital and IT now, things really have change tremendously, and so does photography. Every now and then I monitor some interesting website and I noticed that you seldom say anything in your blog except just by putting up your work. I guess you are right when you said “Let the pictures do the talking” as I notice that most photographers nowaday just put everything in and when it comes to pictures, its just nothing.
For that, I hope your class for students only will come through as I think we lack proper guidance to better picture taking nowadays.

i am one of the phototalk organizer by Zainal in Penang early this month . He really a good speaker and photographer , everybody should take this chance , a lots of things u can learn from him .
