Kangal fish or “doctor fish”, feed off dead skin cells on a foot and leave healthy skin underneath clean and smooth at a fish spa in Kuala Lumpur November 13, 2007. The toothless kangal fish, just a few centimetres long, are touted as a cure for skin conditions such as psoriasis in Turkey, but for the health-conscious women it’s more about getting their skin clean and smooth.
